Phoned business during business hours. Had some lady who sounded like the owner's wife on voicemail saying without enthusiasm they were busy handling other customers. Left my details and contact number. No response whatsoever.

We are tourists in Melbourne. The heating system of the home where we are staying needed a repair. While the process stretched out over a 10 day period requiring multiple visits, all of their technicians who came to work on our system were incredibly professional, courteous, and friendly. They were mindful of our privacy, and were unintuitive as possible. I appreciate the high level of service, and would recommend to contract them.

Excellent service from Daniel at Melbourne HVAC Services. Two previous technicians couldn’t fix my commercial freezer, but Daniel diagnosed the issue and had it sorted promptly. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Highly recommended.

Amazingly prompt and fantastic, honest service - Kelly was so knowledgable and efficient when I called to diagnose our issue, with a plumber out to us within a few hours. Less than 24hrs later we have heating working again and clear advice on our options if we wish to install a more modern system.
