I have been paying for clients to stay at an apartment managed by this company for two months and would like to advise there have been items in room that have need to be repaired with lack of acknowledgement to been repaired and clients reporting bed mites and no action taken. Excellent location across the river from the Crown Casino and DFO. Easy check in process and very helpful staff. We enjoyed our balcony with a lovely river side view. Spacious apartment fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer and coffee machine. Great to have a pool on the ground floor. Highly recommended Apartments. Look forward to our next visit.
I have been staying here for years now and they never disappoint, rooms are always clean, staff are fantastic and very helpful and location is perfect as its right near DFO and only a free tram ride away from the city.
We stayed at a private room and for some reason the key hob wouldn't take us to our level so we called to ask for help and the lady was super rude and obnoxious. She asked if it was a private booking which i answered yes to and then further continues to say " I can't help you with that that's like going to my neighbours and asking them to open the door" that's no way to speak to ppl especially working in such setting. Absolute joke, miserable lady she should start loving herself more and treat people better. Joke.
