Have been seeing her since 2013. Always professional, caring and interested in my welfare. Quick to answer questions I have when I've emailed or called service between appointments.
Visiting Dr Emily Kotschet was one of the worst experiences i have ever had! These days the medical profession are taught the importance of the connection to their patients BUT Dr Kotschet obviously didnt attend the training. She was cold, detached, rude and it was very clear throughout my consultation that all she cared about was the next patient and revenue. Dr Emily Kotschet is very knowledgable and was quick to diagnose my cardio condition. I would recommend her as a cardiologist. However, the practice nurse Cathy, is extremely rude! She is beyond unprofessional and clearly lacks any interpersonal skills. She is one of the most difficult people, I have ever had the privilege to speak to.
