I went to see Dr Liam McCormick all the way from Traralgon. He took his time to check on me and my previous reports without any rush. He was very forward in answering our questions and put us at east by giving detail explains of pros and cons of each situation. The reception staff was nice and welcoming.
Tried to book a calcium score CT scan. Was told that because I was under 50 I’d need to go back to my GP, get a referral to see one of their cardiologists so I could have an appointment to understand whether the small risk of a CT scan was worth it. In the end booked with iMed with no issues at all which shows it’s all a money making exercise. iMed was $30 more expensive on the scan but saved me two unnecessary doctors visits.
