I have the worst experience with this unworthy guy named Alex , dodgy people and absloutly rubbish and a complete rip off, my garage door took over 4 months and they dont answer calls and their excuses just like their work disgraceful , also they request full payment while job unfinished , every part loose and the moment they bluffed you with their promises be aware that not single thing will be done. Extremely disappointed with this business. Alex was blatantly misogynistic and treated my wife with shocking disrespect. His attitude was rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional. He needs serious lessons in how to treat women respectfully — especially in Australia, where this kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. Avoid !!!
Could not be more happy with the service. Alex was professional and was able to repair my door within 3 hours of my initial enquiry. Will keep details on hand for any future works.
Sam and the team at Melbourne Doors and More were super helpful and super professional. They definitely know what they’re doing, and helped me with what was needed. Sam was awesome to deal with, and took the time to explain each step of what he had done for me to better understand the job and what is being done. 10/10, would definitely recommend!
They are good and gives better advice. Polite, and reply very peacefully. Sam has done a good job.
