Absolutely disgusting customer service from whoever I’ve spoken to today. She didn’t want to tell me her name when I asked multiple times and told me the clinic isn’t open until 6. Google clearly states that the clinic opens at 8 and closes at 6. Why work in a role where you have to communicate with people if you can’t do it kindly?
DO NOT ATTEND THIS CLINIC. The nurse gave me the first course of a two part vaccine before I travelled. She knew the dates i was travelling and that course two would be required while I was away. She should have recommended the one course vaccine instead - I am now travelling without full protection due to their bad advice and lack of attention. Absolute neglect and incompetence.
Dodgy drs out to make a buck. No listening, just needles =$$$$$
