Avoid this clinic. Booked an appointment at 12:15pm with Dr Lee. Prefilled forms online and arrived on time. No warning or update about waiting time from reception. I waited for over an hours and didn’t get to see the doctor at all. Asked reception and I was told the patient before me arrived an hour late. How is that supposed to make any sense? It is now 1:30pm and I walked out. I am sure if I was over an hour late for the appointment, I’d lose the appointment and still be charged for penalty. Unprofessional clinic. ... read more
