We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here! The room was really nice and modern, with a comfy bed, much needed blackout curtains, spotless cleanliness, and a powerful shower head. Parking was easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. We scored a great price through Expedia, though the staff helpfully advised us to book directly with them next time as they'll match 3rd-party prices. Really clean and new hotel. Great service with early check in and late check out options!
i'd like to start this simply by saying how disappointed i am by the lack of customer service we received on our stay. For reference we are 19 and 18 year old girls on holiday. we had originally booked a king studio room however upon arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a deluxe king suite free of charge. which we were initially excited about, however walking into the room we saw that this room barely been touched by cleaners if not at all. the only thing that seemed to had been done was the bed, which we later found... read more
Great hotel with excellent facilities and a very convenient location. A special mention goes to the staff member, Bhuvi, whose outstanding hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. Their professionalism and warm service were greatly appreciated. Everything was convenient, and we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.
