We had been looking for a rug for a while and just happened to drive past the factory. We met Andrew and Alex who were lovely, taking the time to go through all the carpets to try to find us exactly what we were looking for. The price was great and they offered to overlock it on the spot as we live far away and coming back would have been a big inconvenience for us.
