We had Brett undertake extensive repairs to our large caravan due to hail damage including a total roof replacement, as well as SatKing Satellite, Solar panels, air conditioner and all hatches; not to mention taillight assembly, awning and entry door. Had my caravan serviced here. Very happy with the communication before, during & after the service. On arrival, Brett inspected my van & identified additional items needing attention & things that I could do to look after it better, e.g. maintain higher tyre pressure. I imagine that there'd be a lot of long time customers at this place & am very happy to continue to have my van serviced here.
Had our caravan serviced and some upgrades done, including a 12v starlink upgrade and DieselHeat diesel hot water system. Brett is the only service technician that I have not had to touch any of his work as it was spot on, neat and professional. A trait that is definitely missing in all industries, he has pride in work, treats it like it was his caravan, and provides updates with his work as he progresses - even supplying pictures of the Gibb River road in the break drums and ABS sensors. Just got off the phone to Brett, he took 15minutes out of his day to help explain how to sort an issue out I have with my van. He could have quite easily said just bring it in mate and we will fix it. You don’t get that sort of service much these days. Cheers mate
