Rachel and Nick were so easy to deal with and came across more more personable than the other companies we can across.the whole trip flew by and they were lovely. Recommend to anyone that wants to support a local business that is your everyday local.
Nick & Rach are my company’s go-to boat party owners in Melbourne. They give me peace of mind every time that my clients are in great hands and make running my business as easy and stress free as it can be, especially as we do so much business with them (hundreds of cruises every year). They are super organised, friendly and attentive to detail like us. Never anything to worry about and our clients are always happy. We work with over 100 suppliers and these guys are our most valuable partners in Melbourne.
From the non welcoming sour and aggressive looking female security officer, un audible so called safety speech by the captain, , un happy staff who showed the whole trip in their body language and responses I DONT NEED TO BE HERE, to the worst food display in history… the sushi was piled on a paper plate un cut with no practical knife in sight to cut them, all sauces and dips wrapped in plastic needing us to unwrap and prepare for use.
