I’ve been getting my motorbike services at Southbank BMW for many years now and have only had positive experiences. Aug 2026: My wife and I collected our new R1300RT Impulse today. We traded in our R1300GSA and Juan did us another great deal. We enjoyed the GSA but wanted to try this model out for longer distance 2-up touring. The RT has some pretty cool touring features! Juan (sales) and Sam (service/parts) always look after us really well in terms of both prices and service. 2 weeks into RT ownership now and I am loving the new bike and will back in soon to get the 1000km service done, along with some accessories installed.
