Thomas Polkinghorne (calls himself Tom) is the worst service advisor that I have ever come across at BMW (Kings way). Unsure if it's due to incompetence or laziness. I had to call and yell multiple times to get him to do the job that he is paid to do. I have been going to BMW to service my mini cooper for the last 6 years and the reason I continued to go back for services is due to the exceptional customer service that I received over the years.
