As an owner, if my realtor does bot respond to offers from potential buyers, i would fire them on the spot. As a broker, if one of my agents is acting arrogant, unprofessional and disrespectful to potential buyers instead of attempting to accommodate a transaction, I would reconsider their place in my organization. As a buyer, all of the above are RED flag and the reason why we walk away from this business. Very disappointing experience.

This stellar organization has been operating in this area longer than any other realty firm. Having done so, they have complete, reliable, and in-depth knowledge of the properties they represent. I have known them and worked with them for close to 15 years. My parents worked with them for approximately 30 years or more.
