RecommendedRecently visited Melbourne and Park Plaza apartments. I was immediately impressed with the hospitality and the drive to help me find a place with in my budget. I absolutely recommend you give these properties a look.
It's a fantastic location! Carlos the property manager is fantastic. He is understanding and a great clear communicator. The studio spaces do not feel like studios. They are pretty spacious, and the kitchen is sectioned off so it feels bigger. It's a great apartment for its price point. Especially if you're a student, it is so close to the Nelson and UMKC.
The apartments here are beautiful! The staff was so helpful in answering any questions I had as well.
I love the location and the fact I can have my pets with me! Typical response time from the staff is also very quick.
I’m not sure if anyone will see this before viewing one of their units, but if you do, please take my advice and look somewhere else. If moving into this place is half as terrible as moving out (which I’m sure it would be worse) then you’re in for 2-3 weeks of hell. There is no functional elevator and hasn’t been since November of last year. So even after you’ve moved in, your every day life is going to be extremely inconvenienced and you will end up wanting to pull your hair out. There are plenty of better options in the ar... read more
