Love it. Really clean, beautiful bed easy to get to
Travellng and needed a last minute, late night booking. Was easy to book and collect keys. Manager pleasant. Room was a pleasant surprise. Small but comfortable and clean. Bed comfortable and found the pillow very good.
Leaving this review on behalf of my FIL, took 21 days for our refund to be processed. The man I spoke on the phone today you were great. However the lady I spoke to on Wednesday that I gave our bank details to, why wasn’t it processed? Why no update? Not good enough and made us think this was a scam. Again the man today sent through the receipt to me and I appreciate that, would’ve been a better review if we had service like that from the start. The best staff absolutely the best stay iv had, litreally inside and out is spotless. The ladies who work here deserve a pay rise 👌 cant say more than PERFECT LOCATION EVERYTHING!!
