I had a single night’s accommodation booked weeks in advance, with notes confirming an early-morning arrival from Bali, with a stop over flight > ADL. The booking was confirmed. On arrival, no keys were left in the lock box. I was then incorrectly told I had booked the wrong dates and was denied the stay, leaving my partner and I to search for accommodation through the night and into the next morning.
