Never Use Melbas Floral Studio – NEVER..NEVER use Melba's or FTD! I purchased a $90 arrangement to be delivered to my 81 year old Mother on Mother's Day. When I made my 3rd (hour+ long holding) phone call to FTD because this florist couldn't get it right; I was informed that if I wanted a refund they would have to pick up the flowers from my elderly Mother.
