I love kool smiles on Ellis Ave. They treat children kind, friendly with parents, and really know their stuff. My son had two teeth pulled and felt no pain.....
Very unprofessional and inconsiderate, made my appointment almost to months ago, just to get there and find out my appointment has been canceled, no email, no call, no text or anything, I took off work and the only thing you can say is sorry!! And there’s still a waiting list!! 😡😡😡
DON'T TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!! 1. We arrived at 7:57 for our appointment, it is now 9:36 and we are still waiting. When we walked in I let them know why we were here and the front desk staff seemed to be confused why we showed up. In my childs chart they had him scheduled for a cleaning and xrays which he had done last week. My kids always love coming to Kool Smiles! The assistants, hygienist, and doctors are always so helpful and friendly. And they interact great with my kids, who are 4 and 6. They love coming to the dentist now since we've switched to Kool Smiles.
If I could give this place a negative rating would. I have been taken my girls here for about four years and just recently everything changed for the worst. For the past year everytime we come here the wait has been over and hour. Kool smiles is understaffed and completely unorganized. They also overbook appointments. Employees at the central office are not on the same accord with employees at the local office and this is a steady issue that someone needs to address. I am completely unsatisfied.
1 start is very very generous. I made an appointment with this office over the phone weeks in advance, they checked my insurance before i went there. When i get to my appointment they tell me that they do not take or accept my type of insurance making me waste my time. As a working parent I had to take hours off work to take my kids to this dentist but i they have no regards for you or your time so do not even bother to even call these people.
