This dentist performed unnecessary work on toddler. He claimed she had six cavities and needed 4 crowns and root canals. She died during his procedure. Her death could have been avoided. Don’t risk your child’s life.

A toddler died under his care while undergoing an unnecessary procedure he suggested just for financial gain. Horrible professional and human being. Be very careful.
Dr. Melanson is a great dentist. It was like he apart of my family, he treated ALL of my children - up until the back office did some dirty things at his old practice. Otherwise he cared for my family for over 10 years, 4 out of my 5 children. He was very family oriented, he would ask about my sister and niece, just a caring guy. As far as his practice he would always discuss EVERYTHING, we would look at x-rays together, discuss treatment and treatment options. What an awful person... tried to fill 6 cavities of a 14m old little girl, she died under anesthesia... BUT GUESS WHAT, autopsy said she didn’t have any cavities !!!!!! Did it for his own financial gain... POS
