I wouldn't and could not encourage anyone to donate to this group. I rang to find out what they do and how they help people. The receptionist read DIRECTLY at me ( not to me) from the web site. USELESS!!
My son was operated on by Prof van Akkooi to remove 9 non cancerous moles and had been left with 9 enormous scars. The scars are far worse than I could possibly have imagined when my son was going into the procedure. I am reluctant to give negative reviews because I assume everyone is trying their best but in this instance the results are just so bad and upsetting I feel I have to.
Early in 2024 I was sent here by my GP. I entered into trials and have had the luck to be cared for by a wonderful team that have gone above and beyond to help me. I cannot speak any higher of the team looking after me....Grace has been awesome, as has Professor Menzies. If you have to go here, and I hope that you don't, then rest assured that you are in the best hands receiving the highest level of care
