We have had the Melanie Villenevue State Farm Insurance Company since we moved to Palm Desert, 12 years ago. It is just comforting to call a business and actually talk to a real, English speaking, individual that knows you. Melanie and her staff have always been so helpful with our needs.
These folks are great! Always quick to reply to any questions we have. Always give good advice. Recently, we had a rock crack our windshield. One e-mail to Dayle, one of Melanie's agents, and everything was taken care of with Safelite - complete & accurate. We would highly recommend them!
