Due to Melanie Stone’s misdiagnosis and disregard for my actual care, I was hospitalized at Maury and Vanderbilt for several pulmonary arterial hypertension. She diagnosed my shortness of breath and high o2 as asthma and thick blood and the treatment recommended by her worsened the condition. Now I can not work. I don’t have insurance and am 24 and hoping for disability. I been going to Melanie at Express med for years. She has helped me get my diabetes under control. ALWAYS respectful and takes good care of my husband and me.

I recently saw her in an attempt to get help with untreated add, and it is something I deeply regret. 5 appointments, a nurse practitioner that doesn't seem to be studying medicine anymore, who is dismissive, patronizing, and pushes her religious beliefs on you would be more than enough to put someone off, I believe. Go elsewhere, please, else you waste your time, money, and effort for someone without a desire to help.

I did not feel comfortable around Melanie Stone.She dressed in men's clothing and was rude and crude. However, Evelyn Wright was appropriate and polite. I would Not recommend Express Med.since I now understand Melanie Stone owns it. Good luck to those who choose to pay their hard earned money for such an awful experience.
