She is very thorough with her examinations and is precisely to the point and that's really the way I like a DR. to be. Her staff is very nice and helpful.
I read another review and agree with it is not the Doctor it is the front office. I need to use an eye medication. I can not afford it so the company has a program to allow me to have my medication. It takes me months. I fill out my part and they fill theirs with a prescription. They send the paperwork with the script. I called and nothing, I showed up and they then sent a script from 2016. I said will you please send the script. She said, I will see what I can do. She was rude.
My problem is not with Dr.Kiser but the people at the front desk. I am currently in a program and I need images of my Retna scan in order to continue. They have been giving me excuse after excuse as to why they haven't gotten those to me. All I need is an e-mail of my results. I'm am beyond irritated and frustrated. This is rediculous as to why it is taking this long. All it takes is to send one simple e-mail. Still have received what I need.
Dr. Kiser explained the result of my Clarifye (eye mapping) images. I now know that I am at risk for a detached retina and the symptoms.
