Let me tell you about Melanie, she’s simply amazing, she dealt with our ridiculous lender around the clock. Being in different time zones is a hassle but she was always there. Making sure things were done when/how they needed to be. She dealt with ALL of our questions without hesitation and made sure were where squared away before the day ended and even on the weekends (when our terrible lender wasn’t in the office). Melanie was great through this entire process. Always available for any of my questions. It's been 16 years since I've bought a house, and she made the entire experience a pleasure. Her professionalism was top notch. She was a strong advocate acting as liason between myself and the bank that dropped some last minute requirements for the mortgage. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area to seek out Melanie.
