Dr Parker is great! She makes patients feel comfortable, respects your time by keeping appointments running on-time. She is thorough and identified that my daughter had sleep apnea in a routine ortho appointment. She has since had surgery and my daughter quality of sleep is infinitely better. We drive all the way from Poway because Dr Parker and her staff are so great, it’s worth the trip. Highly recommend!
Dr Parker and her entire staff are a fantastic experience of professionalism and care for Orthodontics. I choose late in life to get braces and I am ecstatic as to the wonderful treatment that I have received. The office is pleasant, convenient and the medical staff is well trained and efficient. The administration staff is also a blessing. Been going there for 2 years and not sure when I am complete as to my program but no complaints at all. Can't recommend them enough.
They took such good care of me! This was my first time ever in an orthodontic setting and they were so patient and walked me through the whole process. They really took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. Dr Melanie did my initial exam and she was very knowledgeable and patient. Amazing service, had a problem with my Bio bite corrector at dinner and she fixed it next morning in 10 minutes. The staff was also super nice. Great Experience!
