Melanie is a 15 out of 10! I had been contemplating buying a home for a couple of years and one day I just decided to make the dive into an unfamiliar process. Although buying a home is never an easy process, Melanie was there for me every step of the way. Never once did I have to question if I made the right decision due to Melanie giving me every ounce of reassurance.
