Doesn’t answer phone messages. I phoned with questions after surgery.My PA called with questions , she wasn’t answered either. I had questions, I didn’t know what to do , a walk-in center gave me antibiotics, I knew I didn’t want my infection to spread. needed questions answered. When I saw her in person, she was curt, talked fast , didn’t bond with her
Melanie was thorough and professional. My dad(the patient) is very pleased with Melanie, and the doctors at Saint Thomas Heart, Dr. Haddad and Dr. Morse. Great group!
