Dr. Mier is very kind, her nurse is a sweetheart. They are very prompt with refills and appointment times.
Dr. Mier does NOT know what her staff is doing to her patients....her nurse, Tracy, is RUDE AND INSULTING, her staff making appointments are harsh and unnecessarily nasty and her medical records staff are clueless. I'm glad I found a REAL, PROFESSIONAL primary physician to care for my aged Mother and have NOT looked back since then. I will continue to BLAST Dr. Mier AND HER STAFF to any and everyone because of the shoddy way they treated my terminally ill Mother!!! KARMA, Dr. Mier...KARMA!!!!
