I find Dr. Butler to be a very competent and thorough doctor. She could improve on her bedside manner as she never says hello, or addresses her patients by any name.
Doctor Butler takes as much time as needed to fully explain surgical options, diagnosis, etc. She's at the top of her game in every way!
