Do not move into this building. Cable lines and equipment is owned by Spectrum so you can only used Spectrum or AT&T thru the phone line (cost would start at $160 that is with internet. The owner of building will not let Spectrum to fix cable lines that have spilt. Elevator is over 30 years old with no spare parts. It could take up to 30 for it to be replace. We have no where else to go.
