I went for a cleaning recently and the dental assistant was beyond rude. Dr. Saloy said I needed some work done and I scheduled another appointment. Today the receptionist told me I didn't have an appointment until I showed her the appt. card I was given. She curtly told me to take a seat. I had an appointment on April 29. I called the office every 2 weeks to find the status of my insurance claim. The rude receptionist would tell me there’s been no word from the insurance company. Today, July 10, I called again: same reply. She also stated they only get mail once a week. Well it has been 10 weeks. Did you follow-up?I called the insurance company and was told no claim was filed. I repeated this info to the receptionist who told she would resubmit today. I said bother. I went for a tooth extraction and got half of my tooth out because of pain.she gave me amoxicillin and told me it was for pain not an infection in my mouth so I didn’t take it cause Orajel was working just fine. So the day of she numbs my mouth and goes in I’m semi feeling everything so she stops and ask if I took the amoxicillin I said no cause you said it was for pain and she says when you have an infection that’s what you’re suppose to take. if it would have been stated from the first visit that I had AN INFECTION I would... read more

She don’t know what she’s doing I went there for a cleaning & came out my teeth was still yellow she had my mouth hurting bad while cleaning I never had my mouth hurting getting a cleaning anything for a dollar

MY HUSBAND HAD FOUR GUM/TOOTH ABCESS IN ONE YEAR. HE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE AND TOLD HER THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING VERY WRONG. BUT SHE KEPT GIVING HIM RX'S AND SENDING HIM HOME. HE HAD TO SEE ANOTHER DENTIST AND WAS TOLD THAT HE HAD BONE LOSS ON ALL FOUR OF THOSE TEETH AND COULD POSSIBLY LOSE ONE OR ALL OF THEM.
