Melanie was dismissive of my symptoms and concerns. She scheduled a lab that should have been done fasted, which caused the number to show as high, even though I asked if the labs should be done fasted. She then wrote a condescending appointment note, and never contacted me regarding the labs as she said she would do. When I messaged a few weeks later to ask if there was any guidance or follow-up, the clinic contacted me to let me know she was no longer with their team.
She is fantastic. I have seen her twice. She is always very respectful and thorough
