I have seen Dr. Love for cleanings for the past two years. She began with a comprehensive exam and questionnaire. She is always very friendly, and puts me at ease. She never seems rushed, and I never have to wait for long in the waiting room. I don't think I've ever waited even 10 minutes. The facilities are clean and look new, and the equipment is new and advanced. They don't accept insurance, but the front staff will submit the insurance forms, and are very efficient. Dr. Love is the most personable, caring and sensitive doctor, that I have ever seen. My experience with her has completely changed the way that I view going to the dentist. Her office is comfortable, her staff is amazing and her treatment extends beyond just the chair - I always feel comfortable calling Dr. Love's office with questions about my treatment. I have referred many people to Dr Love and Miller and will continue to do so!
Everyone in the office is terrific. They make going to the dentist a fun experience for my 3 year old!
DON'T GO. At first glance appears to be a great dentist. When I sat in the chair to get a tooth filled, it went downhill fast. Things you don't want to hear from your dentist, this is a real challenge. It took 22 injections to numb the area (never had that problem in the past), and my gums were so beat up that it took 3 weeks for them to heal. My jaw was so sore, I couldn't open my mouth more than the width of a straw for more than 4 days. I have had my share of fillings and this was by far the worst experience I have ever h... read more
I LOVE Dr. Love! I have been to many dentists in many different areas of the country, but I have never experienced more pleasant, genuine care than in Dr. Melanie Love's office in Falls Church. The office was recently renovated so it is impressive, clean, and state-of-the-art.
She's GREAT! Provides as much one-on-one time as needed. Gives great money deals. Worked with my insurance to make sure I got as much money as possible returned. Front desk excellent! Lots of little perks.
