Everything went well until their agent failed to notify me of a post foundation plumbing report that showed a sewer line break. Their agent notified me two days after closing. He made excuses then eventually apologized. I was left with an unforeseen 18k plumbing repair bill. The firm has yet to take responsibility for what is an obvious violation of state law and agent/client trust. I am now forced to file a complaint with the state commission and file an error & omission lawsuit.
Had a great experience with Luke Rogan. I knew he was honest and of good character the first time I spoke with him. He was the only realtor agent I interviewed that didn’t try to oversell me with rhetoric. He was very patient and accommodating during my home search process. Highly recommend.
