I’ve been a patient of theirs for years. Never had a problem until recently. I have biopsy results and they left a message and I’ve called back multiple times they don’t answer. This has been going on for 3 days. They didn’t tell me the results so I assume it’s bad. Then they answer and tell me they’ll call back in 45 minutes. No call and now again they won’t answer the phone. So now I’m waiting all weekend to find out if I have cancer or not. Unprofessional and horrible to treat people’s lives like this!
Last appointment was with Dr. M. Hecker not very nice,rude to me didn't understand why
Horrible experience. Charged $400.00 for injections I never received. It was added to my credit card after leaving the office. I tried to resolve the issue but was dismissed by the OM and not allowed to speak to Dr nor come in to show that the additional procedures were not preformed. I will never go back. Find an honest, good dermatologist elsewhere. Don't go there!!!
