Very professional, helpful and friendly!
I had previously seen this nurse practitioner in January 2025 and hoped that last time wasn’t going to happen again but it did. The visit today was extremely frustrating and disappointing. My questions were ignored, my concerns were dismissed, and I was not helped with medication refills that I needed addressed. The appointment felt rushed and dismissive, with little regard for patient communication or care.
