Can’t get a response on the portal Came for a routine appt and med refills and they were not filled.. Really disappointed
It's not just all with Melanie, but the practice is terrible. They cancel appointments last minute, they give me the run around with a valid insurance. I would highly recommend not using this facility. I'm moving on. Nobody should be treated like this. It wasn't just me, we had the same experience for my wife as well.
