Melanie dismissed me as a patient for missing appointments with 0 warning. She mentioned absolutely nothing at my last appointment. The way I found out she was dismissing me was that I went online to check the results of my bone scan and saw where she wrote in the notes that she was dismissing me, so I called. It was terrible. Melanie treats my entire family. She is professional, thorough, understanding, and kind. She listens to her patients. As another review said, she leaves no stone unturned.
She’s always makes time for you. You never feel like a number. She really does care about her patients and it shows! Highly recommended her!
She is always very patient with my special needs daughter and is very helpful to find underlying causes of ailments that my daughter had trouble explaining.
