Melanie dismissed me as a patient for missing appointments with 0 warning. She mentioned absolutely nothing at my last appointment. The way I found out she was dismissing me was that I went online to check the results of my bone scan and saw where she wrote in the notes that she was dismissing me, so I called. It was terrible.
