I am confident and feel like she cares... the only issue is prescriptions.....all other dr.'s call mine in and boom my pharmacy is on it.....today was a 1:20 appt. Was gone by 2:30... and by the time my pharmacy closed nothing called in. My only complaint so far.....cuz my pharmacy is #1....fastest and best ever. Also when signing in I checked "yes" for the flu shot, and never got 1 or asked......as far as Cloonan... I love her and think she is the best....these mishaps may not be her....
