I went to Melanie and Josh after moving back to Ohio after my mom passed. I explained exactly what I wanted. Solid house and little work. Both went on about how they did management for retail properties and knew a lot about spotting out problems and steering me away from money pits. They warned me against bringing in more than a general inspector. Mistake. Would refuse to offer low bids claiming it was their reputation. They gave me a list of general inspectors to use.
