-Misrepresented the care I could expect for costly procedures. In 2021, she recommended PRP for hair loss, beginning with 3 sessions over 3 mths ($1800). Photos of my scalp taken with a special lens would allow her to compare hairs per cm pre-PRP and at mth 4. Day one: the assistant said the lens wasn't available, 'So do you mind if I take photos with my iPhone?' I declined. They eventually located a lens.
