The company cancelled the order and offered refund and sent a link to reorder. instead of refunding they charged my card again. They are dealing in diamond rings, so they scammed thousands. After charging me twice they emailed me a reminder to reorder meaning to pay them for the third time for the same ring. The fact that they were able to charge me without me authorizing it or inputting my credit card means that they KEEP credit card information and they could charge their customers at any time they wish. Customer service is extremely ineffective. I dealt with Jess Sobanski, Customer Experience Manager. The ring was not going to be made on time for the wedding. it takes long long time to make rings at MC. tge production time is not obvious when you pay for the ring. I spoke with customer service on the phone and it seemed that there could be a solution. This morning I received an email from the company suggesting to pay $60 to overnight the ring. I agreed to pay and received the second email saying the order was cancelled an... read more
