Melanie was very kind and patient with our very first home purchase. She was able to guide us to viewing and advise us on issues to consider. We had issues with the broker We chose, and Melanie did so much above what was required to get into our house .We would be happy to use her service again and would recommend it to anyone.
We were always kept up to date with the number of online viewings and in person viewings of the property. Melanie guided us through every step of the process and was always available to answer questions and give advice. After a couple of very low offers she advised us to remain patient and the right buyer would come along. They did and we received what we consider a fair price.
