🛑 Showed 0 (no) concern for my issue at all and it's extremely disappointing. I had high hopes and I was let down. After asking me multiple times what my insurance was and realizing it wasn't public aid I was treated much better (slightly). Anytime I needed to be seen for anything I dreaded it. No matter the insurance a person should be treated with respect and like a human being.

Thorough. Professional. Shows concern. Explains the nature of the problem, in this case a comprssion wound on my foot. I'm a diabetic. Remained focused. Good sense of humor. Direct. Unequivocal about treatment options and affects. Addressed concerns.

I would give negative stars if I could. Chest pains, shortness of breath burning sensation in my chest brought me to Melanie. First thought was gall bladder. Wasn’t that so was referred to cardiologist and had a chest X-ray. After that was notified through my chart I had congestive heart failure. A nurse then followed up to share that news. I had a PFT test on Dec 1 followed by echocardiogram. Saw the cardiologist who was curious why it had taken a month to get to him with those symptoms but disagreed with the CHF diagnosis.... read more
