I had an appointment with Melanie, and a week before, I emailed her. She promised to respond within 48 hours, but she didn’t. Instead, she said, “I do have a life.” On the day of my appointment, I was 8 minutes late because the entrance and exit gates in my neighborhood wouldn’t open.
