She told me I needed 3 levels in my neck fused. Went in for surgery and came out with extreme pain. She only did one level. At the follow up she said she FORGOT to do the other level and said that the 3rd level didn't need the fusion YET. The 2nd surgery failed and she kept stringing me along just long enough to get past the medical malpractice statute of limitations. I have been permanently disabled and in constant severe pain. Now, no one will touch my neck.They all say too much of a liability

Dr. Kinchen was the first doctor in years to listento me. She wasn't eager to do surgery, she sat & listened& we worked together to come up with a plan. I didn't want to have surgery, I wanted to be pain free. I knew I could no longer live the way I was, surgery which was the best decision I've ever made. I am now 9 mo PO from Postier Spinal Fusion T10-S1 w/decompression L3-L5. All I know is I no longer live in pain. Dr. Kinchen is truly amazing and has helped change my life. I cant say enough

This review is a long time coming. Dr. Kinchen literally saved my life. Back in 2002, age 42, I started suffering horrible pain in my lower spine. I toughed it out till the tears from pain could no longer be contained. My left leg and foot were losing feeling, and I was losing feeling in my bladder and bowel. I knew I waited almost too late. My regular Doctor recommended Dr. KInchen. She saw me right away, had the microdiscetomy....success!!! Thank Dr. KInchen....

I had back surgery by this Doctor and would not recommend her at all. She seems caring during the consultation but don't let that fool you like she did me. When I had the surgery, she was no where to be found. After a week in the hospital, you not see her for at least 3 months or more. You will see a nurse maybe if not you don't see any certified medical personnel in. If there are problems be thankful you don't get an infection and die. She won't be around to help you.

This Doctor is non-caring and should NOT be practicing. This one botched my back surgery. Was in the hospital a week and she never came to visit me at all, not once. What a mess!! Then there were problems afterwards, never saw her even after the surgery for 4 months. She takes your money and that's it. Even before surgery she won't even come in the room or say anything before the surgery. I DO NOT recommend this Doctor to anyone or anything!!

I think and feel she is a great surgeon. My hubby is her patient, and she performed his surgery. His surgery went a little different than what we expected for him. But, we knew that every case is different and every patient is different. But, she is making sure all his requests are being completed, and making sure he is happy. From beginning to end. And, her nurse, Crystal is a sweet heart. She responds and call back to answer any questions we may have.

She is amazing, I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone needing surgery. She not only quickly identified my problem but took care of it quickly. She put my needs and concerns first and foremost. All options were clearly explained and all my questions answered no matter how simple they were until I had all the information needed. In addition, she has a supurb staff that supported with the same high standards. Words cannot clearly express how fabulous Dr Kinchen and her team are.
