We first stumbled upon Melanie Auld during OssFest, and my partner and I were so excited to win rings. My girlfriend wore her Melanie Auld tennis bracelet twice, it broke and they refused to acknowledge its lack of quality. They would not provide a replacement, refund, or offer to fix it either. Very disappointed with the quality of product and customer service.

I wish I read their policy and FAQ before committing to an expensive purchase. For precious purchases meant to last forever, it’s better to go somewhere else that will stand by their craftsmanship and look after your jewellery for years to come. This place will not repair, resize, or replace after some time has passed —one year later they will not even do a little repair, a teeny resize, or replacement on a very expensive diamond ring bought in store here in the Toronto location.
After searching extensively for a jewellery store to have my husband purchase me a pair of earrings for our anniversary I decided to try Melanie Auld Jewelry for the positive reviews, beautiful pieces and fair prices.
