Oh, joy. My tennis bracelet broke, and of course, the store was utterly helpless in offering any sort of meaningful assistance. The staff was charming, bless their hearts, and they graciously explained the policy to me. But really, a three-month replacement window? How generous of them. After that, they’ll replace it for a mere $30 fee – which, as I understand, is a steal for something that was supposed to last much longer. Came here to purchase some bracelets to gift a friend. The sales associate was so friendly and helpful, and made the experience so great! She helped me narrow all the beautiful options down to the perfect choice for my friend. I definitely will come back to buy some things for myself in the future! EDIT: ALSO!!
