Very friendly and courteous. Not able to spend much time and will push you along a bit or cut you off when you ask questions that go long. She sends in for a lot of tests and is VERY stingy with meds, even in the case of an emergency. I have had a specialist who has prescribed you meds for years but was out of town when I realize I was running out. I've been a patient of Dr. Baker's for more than ten years. The first time I saw her was in Libertyville when she was practicing with a different physician's group. At my first visit she sat and talked to me for 45 minutes. I had never before had a physician take that much time getting to know me as a person and going over my health history. Dr. Baker is a very kind and caring physician, she looks you in the eye and listens attentively. I was very impressed after that first visit and with the care I've received since.
