The service at the Yosemite office is so poor you wonder how they stay in business. The doctors may be good but if you cant get them to answer the phone you cant get care. They refuse to give out extensions of anyone who might be able to assist whether it's with billing problems or anything else. It's obvious that management doesn't want to hear it or improve.
