I happened to check the gauge on my oil tank and it seemed to be very close to empty. It didn’t surprise me because I had been setting the heat higher than usual because of the crazy cold weather of late. I called and asked for a delivery. As it turns out I was on the schedule to get a delivery in the next couple of days. Howie returned my call and was at my house filling the tank within the hour. Such a wonderful company to work with! Thank you for such great customer service!
It would be nice if they stated filling tanks at least after 7am If it’s not an emergency need for oil. The trucks are so loud.
For over 35 years living in Wakefield Mel and Sons have truly provided the best service to keep us comfortable throughout the year. To a person, employed with Mel and Sons Oil, my wife and I have had only good experiences. Years ago they replaced our burner and we received only the best products.
