NO STARS!! This management group does not take care of the houses they manage. The Sherwood Neighborhood absolutely hates having this company as owner of rental properties. Marty Lefkowitz is very rude when Neighbors reach out to him about the conditions of the houses he manages. They are bringing the property value of this very nice neighborhood down. People in this neighborhood work hard and deserve there property value to go up but cant do anything about when this owner does not care about the conditions of the properties... read more
